Margaret Bedilion, co-founder of Innovate, has more than two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, with a primary focus on event planning and sales. Her extensive career includes being part of the Grand Opening team at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center in Cincinnati, OH, as well as organizing events attended by figures such as Oprah Winfrey, Barbara Bush and Colin Powell. 

Margaret’s expertise extends into planning numerous social events, conferences, tradeshows, corporate events and weddings. She also led a Sales Team at the Newport Aquarium, owned by Herschend Family Entertainment. Her tenure at Discover Clermont County Convention and Visitors Bureau involved promoting group tours and events. She also was the Event Director for GeoWoodstock, In Cincinnati, OH, which attracted 10,000 people from 33 different countries. In pursuit of a better work-life balance and the opportunity to focus on her passion for events, Margaret established her own company, Mac & Bella Consulting. Based in Cincinnati, she resides with her husband and two daughters.
